This means that once you place your order you'll typically receive a tracking number within 7 business days though often much sooner.
Once we ship your items, delivery time frames will vary. The carriers we use to ship your items will also vary depending on your location.
In most cases, your items are delivered within 4-10 business days after being shipped.
Please keep in mind that we utilize multiple Metal Art providers for our products so you may receive multiple tracking numbers - which is normal.
We know mailing costs can be an expensive part of ordering. To help with this we have made shipping Free on All Orders. This helps you get the Metal Art you want without breaking the bank.
At this time we only ship to addresses within the Continental United States.

It's for that reason we offer our Strong As Steel Guarantee for ANY items purchased from our store that has a quality defect.
On personalized items it is critically important you check and verify the spelling and the finishes as the product will be made with those exact choices. Returns are not accepted on Customized items arriving undamaged.
Colors, finishes and size may vary slightly from item to item - your products are made on demand when you place your order and are not mass produced so some variations can occur.
If your item is damaged, we will offer you a replacement or a refund and let you keep the Metal Art without having to send it back to us!
